HOW IT WORKS?
Very simple. To make a purchase on our website is easy:
Pick a product, add to the cart, make a payment and your flowers are on the way.
Our concierge service: you could also send us an email sharing an idea, budget and to whom you wish to send the flowers and we will do the rest. We will send you an invoice and after the payment is made and all details are discussed, we are all set.
DO WE SHIP FLOWERS?
No, all our flowers are local deliveries or pick up option is available upon request. Please, give us 1-2 hours to create your order.
DO WE OFFER SAME DAY DELIVERY?
We offer same-day delivery in Los Angeles area only. Please, call us or text us to check if you are ordering after 1pm.
A delivery charge of $25.00 (in some cases $45) will be applied. $45 is a delivery charge for hospitals and movie studios, also for some locations. We have a $50 charge for a specific time delivery and for within 2 hour delivery. We offer after hours deliveries and early weekend deliveries for extra charge.
DO YOU HAVE A DELIVERY CHARGE?
Yes, a delivery charge is $19.99.
DO WE DELIVER ON WEEKENDS?
Yes, we do. The weekend delivery charge is $35.00, in some cases up to $50.
To treat our work with the utmost of care, all of our arrangements are hand-delivered. We are therefore unable to provide tracking information; however, we can provide delivery details upon request.
While we cannot guarantee delivery times, we do accept delivery time requests. We require at least three hours notice for a timed delivery. There may be a rush fee for certain timed deliveries (based on time and distance).
Please contact us directly, if you would like to schedule deliveries after our regular business hours, there may be an additional night fee.
DO YOU DELIVER TO BUSINESS ADDRESSES?
Of course, we do. Please, remember to include a company name, floor or suite number, and contact phone number if an arrangement is being delivered to a business address. Due to very strict security policies that many buildings have implemented, often times floral arrangements cannot be accepted by a front desk and must be accepted directly by the recipient or a colleague.
WHAT WILL HAPPEN OF THE RECIPIENT IS NOT HOME TO RECEIVE THE FLOWERS?
There is a comments section on the order page, which allows you to suggest a place for the courier to leave the
flowers if the recipient is not home. The flowers will usually be left on the step/porch or with a neighbor.
We deliver only once.
HOW ARE THE FLOWERS PACKAGED?
We have 3 ways of packaging upon request:
Gorgeous hat boxes (black and white color) which are tied with a satin ribbon. Also we make designer's boxes upon request and offer colorful different shape boxes.
Glass Unusual Unique Vases (different shapes, sizes and color)
Stylishly wrapped arrangements in a gorgeous paper with a ribbon and a handwritten message on card will be enclosed with each bouquet.
Baskets and anything that holds water
The box of chocolates is available upon a special request for the extra charge. We do offer weekend flower-coffee-croissant delivery, it is our special.
CAN I CUSTOMIZE MY ORDER AND CREATE MY OWN?
Sure! We accommodate custom orders. We love to create elegantly and stylishly fashionable compositions. We
also make custom centerpieces, wreathes, candles and we have a gift wrap service (request a quote).
WHAT IS OUR RETURN AND REFUND POLICY?
As flowers are perishable goods, all sales are non-refundable. If you did not pick up your order the same day, your order will be cancelled without any refund. If the recipient is not at home/office, we leave the flowers by the door or at the unit next door with a note or voicemail/text left. We are not responsible for the order further after. We do not refund or replace flowers.

TERMS OF SALE
By placing an order on Mademoiselledefleurshop.com, you agree to pay the price applicable for the product or service (including any sales taxes, surcharges, or delivery fees), and agree to the terms, restrictions, and conditions of the purchase as of the time you submitted the order. We will automatically bill the credit card or PayPal submitted as part of the order process for such price. After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email and a confirmation email or text once your order is delivered. All purchases are non-refundable.
Discounted delivery is available for multiple arrangements being delivered on the same date to one location. Please email us for an exact quote.
Sales taxes are not included in the price of the products. We will automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax.
Mademoiselle de Fleur products are personally delivered whenever possible. When not possible, we may deliver by outside courier service. We make every effort to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Saturday and Sunday deliveries and also early morning and late night deliveries available upon special request by contacting Mademoiselle de Fleur to obtain approval and for the extra charge.
Deliveries will be made between the hours of 9 a.m. and 8 p.m. We cannot guarantee delivery time, but will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
We deliver only in certain areas. Feel free to contact us via email to check if we deliver in your area. Delivery areas: Beverly Hills, West Hollywood, North Hollywood, Burbank, Sherman Oaks, Studio City, Marina Del Rey, Santa Monica, Venice, Malibu, Pacific Palisades, Silver Lake, Mid-City, Downtown, Century City, Westwood, Brentwood, Los Angeles and etc.
Specific instructions must be provided at time of order, to ensure recipient, or authorized receiver, is available to receive the flowers at the time of delivery. Regretfully, we are only able to make one delivery attempt. If we are unable to locate the recipient, or authorized receiver, at the time of delivery, we may leave the flowers outside of the residence or with a nearby business or neighbor. If we do leave the flowers at a different nearby location, we will notify the recipient by phone or email.
DELIVERY TO HOSPITALS
When placing your order, please be sure to include the hospital name and telephone number, the name of the recipient and room number or ward of the recipient.
We will send your gift bouquet in accordance with facility procedures, as most hospitals do not allow florists to personally deliver to individual rooms. Please note that many ICU patients are not permitted to receive flowers. Please check with the hospital before placing your order.
Mademoiselle de Fleur attempts to use vases represented in the photos on our site, however in the event that we are unable to use these vases, we will substitute it with a vase of a similar size.
All images, descriptive matter, specifications and advertising on our website are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of the goods. You are advised that there may be variations in color between the actual goods and the image that you see on your monitor.
In the event that we are unable to supply all of your order (the product or any substitute product to you at all), we shall notify you as soon as possible and reimburse your payment in full no later than 14 days after the intended delivery date. We will not be responsible for compensating you for any other losses, which may incur if we do not supply goods.
